At Ascendx Consulting LLC (“Ascendx Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services, including SaaS subscriptions, business consulting, and funding solutions.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except under the specific conditions outlined below. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Technical Service Failures: If Ascendx Consulting is unable to deliver the purchased service due to technical issues or system failures beyond the customer’s control.
Duplicate Charges: If a customer is mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service within the stated timeframe and have not begun fulfillment.
SaaS Subscription Issues: If a customer cancels their AscendPro SaaS subscription within 7 days of purchase due to major platform malfunctions that prevent basic functionality.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once purchased:
Business Funding Services: Since funding approvals and processes depend on third-party institutions, all funding service fees are final once a client has been approved and funding has been disbursed.
Business Consulting Services: Due to the nature of our expert consulting and strategy sessions, all fees related to business consulting are non-refundable once services have commenced.
One-Time Setup Fees: Any setup fees associated with SaaS onboarding, automation, or marketing systems are non-refundable after service activation.
Completed Work: If a service has been fully rendered or significantly progressed, refunds will not be granted.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, customers must:
Contact us at support@ascendxconsulting.com within the eligible refund period.
Provide the order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the refund request.
Allow up to 10 business days for the review and processing of the refund request.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Customers are responsible for any transaction fees associated with refunds, if applicable.
Refunds will not be issued for services that were declined due to customer ineligibility (e.g., funding denials based on credit profile).
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting Ascendx Consulting may result in account suspension or termination. If you have an issue with a charge, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve it directly.
7. Changes to This Policy
Ascendx Consulting reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement with the revised policy.
